Charles Duhigg

Journalist; Author, The Power of Habit; Host, "Change Agent" Podcast

Charles Duhigg is a journalist who writes for The New York Times Magazine and others. He is the author of The Power of Habit, which spent over three years on the New York Times best-seller list, and Smarter Faster Better, also a best-seller. Host of the “Change Agent” podcast, Duhigg has been a frequent contributor to “This American Life,” NPR, “The Colbert Report,” “PBS NewsHour,” and “Frontline.” From 2006 to 2017, Duhigg was a reporter at The New York Times, where his team won the 2013 Pulitzer Prize for Explanatory Journalism for a series on Apple and the company’s influence. Previously, he was a staff writer at the Los Angeles Times.
