Yael Reisner is founder and director of Yael Reisner Studio, combining her architectural practice with research, teaching, and curatorial work. Elected to the UK’s Architectural Association Council in 2021, she was head curator of the 2019 Tallinn Architecture Biennale and guest editor of the September 2019 issue of Architectural Design. In 2014, her studio designed and led the public installation, Take My Hand, Rights and Weddings, in Barcelona. Reisner has taught internationally since 2005, including at Southern California Institute of Architecture, Lund University in Sweden, Architectural Association School of Architecture in London, and Peter Behrens School of the Arts at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences. She is the author of Architecture and Beauty, Conversations with Architects About a Troubled Relationship.
