Kathy Howell is chief nurse executive for UCHealth, where she is responsible for the clinical integration and advancement of nursing practice for over 9,300 nurses who practice within the 12-hospital system. In addition to serving in health system chief nurse executive positions, Howell has also been a CEO, chief nursing officer, and service line executive. She is a member of several professional organizations and has served on the boards and advisory councils of numerous community, state, and industry organizations. She is board certified as an advanced nurse executive through American Nurses Credentialing Center.
