Chris Kelly is an attorney and active investor in companies seeking improvements in technology, media, and finance. He currently serves as chair of Fandor and executive vice chair of LOYAL3. Previously, Kelly ran for attorney general of California after serving as chief privacy officer, general counsel, and head of global public policy for Facebook, where his development of safety and security policies are credited as critical elements in the company’s success.
