As intense heat, massive storms, wildfires, and sea level rise threaten our citizens and communities, we need to upgrade our physical and natural infrastructure. And we’ve got to pay for it somehow. This session will explore the ways that cities and states can leverage federal funds, and how public and private sectors can work together to finance these efforts.
