2024 Climate Speakers

Justin Bibb is the Mayor of Cleveland, Ohio, the first millennial in his position. For over 15 years, he has worked in government, business, and the nonprofit sectors, initiating his public-service career with then-U.S. senator Barack Obama.

Dr. Katharine Hayhoe is the Chief Scientist at The Nature Conservancy and author of Saving Us: A Climate Scientist's Case for Hope and Healing in a Divided World.

Hilton Kelley is the Founder and Director of Community In-Power and Development Association Inc., a leading figure in the battle for environmental justice on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Gina McCarthy previously served as the first-ever White House Climate Advisor from 2021 to 2022, and as the Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from 2013 to 2017. 

Michael Polsky is the Founder and CEO of Invenergy. With more than 35 years of experience in the energy industry, Polsky is widely recognized as a pioneer and industry leader in the cogeneration and independent power industry in North America.
