Xiomara Enriquez

Xiomara Enriquez is a leadership program officer for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, promoting thriving children, working families, and equitable communities. She oversees fellows network engagement strategy, direction for grantmaking, and programming efforts. Prior to this, Enriquez was the program manager for the DNA leadership core team. Previously, she was a program specialist and facilitator for the foundation’s DNA, racial equity, community engagement, and leadership team and formerly supported the learning and impact team as an administrative assistant. Prior to joining the foundation as a receptionist, Enriquez worked with the Hispanic American Council in Kalamazoo, MI, as a Spanish interpreter and Hispanic liaison.
