Trabian Shorters

Trabian Shorters is the founder and CEO of BMe Community, a nonprofit, social impact network of innovators, leaders, and champions investing in aspiring communities. He is an authority on the asset-framing approach to diversity, equity, inclusion, and impact. Previously, Shorters was vice president of communities at the Knight Foundation, co-leader of the Ashoka-US venture team, and founder of a social-impact tech company. He is the co-editor of the book Reach: 40 Black Men Speak on Living, Leading, and Succeeding.
