Steven Ward
Senior Manager, Climate Data Science, Deloitte
Steven Ward is senior manager of climate and sustainability science in the audit and assurance practice at Deloitte. Prior to this, he was section head of geospatial data science at Oak Ridge National Lab. Previously, Ward was director of geospatial science and then senior director of geospatial and weather science at The Climate Corporation. Earlier in his career, he was senior geospatial scientist at DigitalGlobe and held positions at GEC, including geographic information system program director of services, project manager, and analyst. A Bayer/Monsanto fellow, his work has appeared in scientific journals, including Natural Hazards and Earth System Sciences and Risk, Hazards, and Crisis in Public Policy.
