Scott Faber

Scott Faber is vice president of government affairs at EWG, where he leads a team working to improve policies related to food, agriculture, chemicals, water, and other issues. He is also an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University. Faber was vice president of federal affairs for the Grocery Manufacturers Association from 2007 to 2012, where he spearheaded efforts to enact the Food Safety Modernization Act. From 2000 to 2007, he served as an expert on farm and water policies for the Environmental Defense Fund. Faber was previously a senior director for public policy for American Rivers. He has frequently testified before Congress on farm and food policies.
