Santhosh Ramdoss is president, chief investment officer and CEO of Gary Community Ventures. Previously at the firm, he was vice president of impact investing and established partnerships with impact funds in support of initiatives including The Dearfield Fund for Black Wealth, which offers down-payment assistance to Black homebuyers in Denver. Prior to this, Ramdoss was principal for portfolio and investments at the Skoll Foundation and director of the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation. Earlier in his career, Ramdoss was a community organizer, startup entrepreneur and community banker.
