Salene Hitchcock-Gear

Salene Hitchcock-Gear is president of Prudential Individual Life Insurance. Prior to this, she was chief operating officer and president of Prudential Advisors. Previously, Hitchcock-Gear was president and CEO of Ameritas Investment Corp. and president and, before that, CEO of Acacia Life Insurance Company. She is an advisory board director of the Women Presidents Organization, a trustee of the American College of Financial Services, and a member of the Life Insurance Committee of the American Council of Life Insurers. Hitchcock-Gear is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and a board member of the University of Michigan Alumni Association. (Prudential is a 2023 Festival Underwriter)
