Michael Andolsek is a fashion designer and the founder of the Andolsek label. In operation from 2010 to 2023, Andolsek was a women's apparel company. A person with autism, Andolsek’s company provided employment and training opportunities for other individuals on the autism spectrum. He first studied fashion at Salt Lake Community College Fashion Institute. Andolsek then studied at The New School’s Parsons Paris campus and, after that, at the Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne.
