Melissa Bradley is co-founder and managing partner of 1863 Ventures, a business development program accelerating New Majority entrepreneurs. She is also the founder of New Majority Ventures media and entertainment and a professor at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Previously, Bradley founded Eat the Change. A trustee of Nathan Cummings Foundation, she is a member of Milken Institute Inclusive Capitalism Executive Council, Goldman Sachs’ One Million Black Women advisory council, and Small Business Administration’s Investment Capital Advisory Committee. Bradley’s recognition includes being named to the Forbes 50 Over 50 list for social entrepreneurship and Washington Business Journal’s Power 100 list. She was awarded the Georgetown Entrepreneurship Alliance Excellence Award for Impact and 2024 John Carroll Award for volunteer and civic achievement among Georgetown alumni.
