Mark Stephens

Mark Stephens is the founder of Howard Kennedy law firm. He has represented governments, individuals, nongovernmental organizations and multinational corporations across a variety of human rights matters. Stephens also lectures at universities and higher education institutions around the world and has contributed to several books on media law. His commentary regularly appears in print as well as on radio and television. Stephens is co-chair of the International Bar Association Human Rights Institute. His honors include being named to the Evening Standard’s 100 most influential people in London list and being appointed to the rank of Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.
