Mark Mersman

Mark Mersman is co-founder and managing partner of OFX EcoSolutions, where he connects the company’s team of experts with operating companies, carbon-offset platforms, and biochar/biofuels manufacturers to develop solutions for eco-friendly dispositioning and repurposing of biomass waste streams. A veteran in origination, negotiation, and structuring of several successful start-ups and exits, he is also co-founder and managing partner of Bevarin Wellness, a nutraceutical company, and of Kola Venture Group, focused on product and brand development using minor cannabinoids and other nutraceuticals. Previously, Mersman was a principal at Mustang Capital, consulting for the oil and gas and industrial hemp and cannabis industries, and CEO and board chair of NewBridge Global Ventures, among other leadership roles. Earlier in his career, he was a financial advisor and retirement consultant for Fidelity Investments.
