Mariana Boldu
Director of Resilience Design, Curtis and Rogers Design Studio
Mariana Boldu is the director of resilience design at Curtis and Rogers Design Studio. She believes resilience design resides in building projects that mitigate development impacts and adapt the built environment to a changing climate. Previously, Boldu was a board member of Miami’s Sea Level Rise Committee and assisted in its transition to the Climate Resiliency Committee. A certified Water Edge Design Guidelines professional, she led the Jose Marti Park adaptive redesign, the first WEDG-verified project in Florida and second in the United States. Boldu is also a registered landscape architect in Florida and Colorado, registered architect in Argentina, LEED-accredited professional and member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
