Ludovic de Gromard

Ludovic de Gromard is CEO of the social start-up Chance, which uses augmented coaching to reveal the invisible talents of unemployed candidates with no diploma. In 2012, he interviewed 1,000 people in Asia and realized they struggled to understand what they were made for. De Gromard then served as COO for Saverglass US before launching Chance, with Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Muhammad Yunus as chairman and supported by Google.org. Earlier in his career, he worked as an industry analyst for French banking group BNP Paribas and in R&D for ophthalmic optics company Essilor. De Gromard studied social entrepreneurship at ESSEC Paris and earned his MBA at IAE Buenos Aires.
