Krystle Starvis is a senior program manager for Weave: The Social Fabric Project and for the Office of Operations and Strategic Initiatives in the Aspen Institute’s Leadership Division. In these positions, she leads program development and operations for Weave and is responsible for developing, leading, and supporting initiatives that utilize an equity lens to strengthen the people, operations, programming and impact of the Leadership Division. She also co-chairs Aspen’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. Previously, Starvis managed workforce development programs in Baltimore City. She continues to serve her hometown as board co-chair for Community Law in Action, a youth leadership development organization, and as an advisory board member of CLLCTIVLY, a place-based social change organization.
