Kristy Fercho

Kristy Fercho is head of diverse segments, representation, and inclusion at Wells Fargo and a Wells Fargo Operating Committee member. Prior to this, she was head of Wells Fargo home lending. Previously, Fercho was president of the mortgage division at Flagstar Bank and spent 15 years with Fannie Mae, leading strategy and business performance efforts. She began her career in sales, operations, and human resources at Baxter International before moving to PepsiCo, where she ultimately became director of worldwide corporate human resources. A member of Mortgage Bankers Association’s residential board of governors, Fercho leads the affordable housing working group for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s REACh initiative. Her accolades include being named to American Banker’s 2021 and 2022 Women to Watch lists. (Wells Fargo is a 2023 Festival Underwriter)
