Keith Fengler is an advisor to executives in the health care industry for Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting group, and a principal with PwC U.S. He specializes in customer strategy and digital business, helping his clients adapt to the new consumer-directed health care environment and assisting them with customer strategy definition, value creation, new business models, and digital enablement. Fengler led Strategy&’s research to evaluate consumer behavior and perceptions across a broad set of consumer health care issues, the findings of which have been published and shared through multiple speaking engagements.He joined Strategy& in 2012, prior to which he worked for Anderson Consulting, Deloitte, Liberty Lane Partners, and Booz & Company.
