Ka Chun Yu

Ka Chun Yu is curator of space science at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, which he joined in 2001 as part of a team tasked to create planetarium software to visualize the known universe. He has helped produce movies for the digital dome, pioneered Earth systems educational programs at DMNS, and continued to create new visualizations and other educational content for live planetarium presentations. Yu is a co-founder of the Worldviews Network, a group using immersive visuals to connect public audiences with global change issues. He currently serves on the International Planetarium Society’s Science and Data Visualization Task Force and the IPS Education Committee.
