Justin Bibb is the mayor of Cleveland, Ohio, taking the oath of office in January 2022 as the first millennial in that position. Over 15 years, he has worked in government, business, and the nonprofit sector. Bibb was most recently chief strategy officer at Urbanova, a start-up focused on improving cities. Before that he was vice president of corporate strategy at KeyBank and led the global cities practice at Gallup. Bibb was a co-founder and managing principal of consulting firm Morris Strategy Group and worked in corporate strategy at Knowledge Generation Bureau. Earlier, he was a special assistant advising on education and economic development policies at Cuyahoga County, and he started his public-service career interning for then-US senator Barack Obama.
