Josh Golomb is CEO of Hazel Health, the leading telehealth provider for school-age children. Hazel partners with school districts and health plans to bring physical and mental health care to more than three million children across 14 states, treating them at school or home. Hazel's providers reflect the communities they serve, with 50 percent identifying as BIPOC and 40 percent speaking at least two languages fluently. Hazel has been at the forefront of providing equitable, affordable, and safe virtual health care access. Previously, Golomb led Everside Health, a leader in direct primary care, and co-founded and led DaVita Rx, the largest full-service pharmacy dedicated to patients suffering from kidney disease. He launched his career at the Urban Strategies Council and the Partners in School Innovation, one of the earliest AmeriCorps programs.
