Jon Horek is vice president of the hydrogen business at Invenergy, North America’s largest privately held renewable energy developer, owner, and operator. Prior to Invenergy, Horek spent 15 years as an engineering consultant at Sargent & Lundy, advising clients and delivering energy and power infrastructure projects in a wide variety of sectors. He began his career developing advanced fuel efficiency technology in the diesel trucking industry and has always worked with clients who are navigating the energy transition. A former member of the Emerging Leaders Program at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, Horek serves on the Illinois Hydrogen Economy Task Force.
