John Curtis

John Curtis is a Republican member of the US House of Representatives, representing Utah's 3rd Congressional District. He works on energy-independence solutions like clean fuels to strengthen America’s economy and national security and reduce global pollution. Curtis serves on the Energy and Commerce Committee and chairs the Conservative Climate Caucus. Previously, Curtis served on the Natural Resources Committee and Foreign Affairs Committee. Elected to Congress in 2017, he has worked on 15 pieces of legislation on issues including public lands management, combating human trafficking, and reducing regulations on small businesses that were signed into law. Prior to Congress, he was mayor of Provo, Utah.
