Gayle Jennings-O’Byrne is CEO of The Prometheus Exchange, a collective of social changemakers, and principal of Maya Ventures Partners, seeking to build a diversity-based venture capital ecosystem. She previously worked for JPMorgan Chase since 1998, as vice president of global philanthropy, vice president of international government relations, and as a mergers and acquisitions banker. She also worked in media relations for Sun Microsystems. Jennings-O’Byrne serves on advisory boards for Ghetto Film School, Cinema High School, Eagle Academy Foundation, the Scholastic Family and Community Engagement Advisory Council, and ClimateDonor.org.
