Gautam Mukunda is a research fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Center for Public Leadership. Previously, he was a professor at Harvard Business School and distinguished visiting professor at Schwarzman College of Tsinghua University. Prior to this, Mukunda was head of research at Rose Park Advisors. Host of the podcast “World Reimagined with Gautam Mukunda,” he is the author of Indispensable: When Leaders Really Matter and Picking Presidents: How To Make The Most Consequential Decision in the World. Mukunda’s work has also appeared in Harvard Business Review, Foreign Policy, and Security Studies, among many other publications. He is a board member and chair of Upakar Foundation and on the advisory boards of Bionic Solutions and Fount Bio.
