Erin Meezan

Erin Meezan is chief sustainability officer at Jones Lang LaSalle real estate and investment management firm. Prior to this, she was vice president and chief sustainability officer at Interface. There, Meezan created and implemented the Climate Take Back mission resulting in the firm’s carbon-negative products and led the achievement of carbon neutrality across all product lines. Previously, she was an environmental research analyst. A public speaker, Meezan’s 2022 TED Talk discusses what nature can teach us about sustainable business. She is also featured in the corporate-transformation documentary “Beyond Zero.” Meezan is a guest lecturer at Harvard’s Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership program and an advisory board member of Project Drawdown as well as the Sustainable Intrapreneurship MBA program at University of Vermont’s Grossman School of Business.
