David Daniels manages the North American services team for Pearson Higher Education, managing online services business, strategic account management, and emerging learning models centered around efficacy. He oversees Pearson’s partnerships with colleges and manages Pearson’s Smarthinking tutoring, efforts around learning design, and digital and print fulfillment of products with a focus on scale and automation. Under Daniels’s leadership, Pearson has won three CODIE awards for its courseware line, CourseConnect, and recently launched the flexible, low-cost alternative pathway-to-college credit program, Propero. He serves on the board of Pearson’s CTI School in the Republic of South Africa, was president of his parish school commission, and has advised educational tech startups.(Festival Underwriter Presenter)
