She is responsible for leading the data center toward a measurable, positive impact on the climate resilience and capacities of under-resourced communities. Prior to this, Decatur was director of environmental sustainability at Microsoft and launched its zero waste, supplier sustainability and embodied carbon reduction programs. Previously, she was a managing consultant forIBM Global Business Services. Decatur is a board member of the 3rd Creek Foundation
