Dana Charatan is a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst in private practice in Boulder, CO. She is in her sixth and final year serving as the secretary of Division 39 of the American Psychological Association. Author of scholarly articles, Charatan has held several professional positions and presented at psychoanalytic conferences and institutes, including on the impact of childhood sexual abuse in adulthood. She is a graduate of the National Training Program in Contemporary Psychoanalysis at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in New York City.
