Dalila Wilson-Scott is a managing director and head of global philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase & Co., overseeing more than $210 million in annual philanthropic contributions to communities and nonprofit organizations around the world. She spearheaded programs such as the New Skills at Work initiative, the firm’s $250 million commitment to closing the skills gap, and the Small Business Forward initiative, a $30 million commitment to small-business clusters. Wilson-Scott oversees employee engagement and volunteerism and helps set the firm’s overall corporate responsibility strategy at JP Morgan. She serves on the board of directors of GuideStar and is a member of The Conference Board’s Contributions Council and Global Social Investing Council.
