Christie Hefner is chair of Hatch Beauty, former executive chair of Canyon Ranch, and served 20 years as chairman and CEO of Playboy Enterprises, where she expanded the leveraging of the brand via licensing. Hefner is a director of the Center for American Progress Action Fund and has promoted equal rights and opportunities for women in various efforts. The first woman elected to the Chicago chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization, she helped found the Committee of 200, The Chicago Network, EMILY’S List, and The Women Corporate Directors.She was named to Fortune’s list of Most Powerful Women for three years and has spoken on sex and gender at TED.
