Chris Ruggeri leads sustainability, climate, and equity for Deloitte’s risk and financial advisory, advising clients across industries with a focus on leveraging digital tools and analytics to help enhance investment decisions and risk management. She also leads investor relations for Deloitte’s CFO program. Ruggeri joined Deloitte in 2005 and was previously its mergers and acquisitions leader, advising companies, boards of directors, and special committees on negotiated and unsolicited transactions. With more than 30 years of experience, she was formerly a managing director at Standard & Poor’s, a principal in the financial advisory services practice of PwC, and started her career as an associate at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Ruggeri is board chair of Citizens Committee for New York City, which focuses on neighborhoods that lack access to opportunity. (Deloitte is a 2023 Festival Underwriter)
