Aliza Pressman

Developmental Psychologist; Assistant Clinical Professor, Icahn School of Medicine; Co-Founder and Director, The Mount Sinai Parenting Center

Aliza Pressman is a developmental psychologist with nearly two decades of experience working with families and their health care providers. She is also an assistant clinical professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital and co-founding director of The Mount Sinai Parenting Center. Pressman is certified in mindfulness and meditation instruction from the Greater Good Science Center at University of California, Berkeley. She is the author of “The 5 Principles of Parenting: Your Essential Guide to Raising Good Humans,” and host of the “Raising Good Humans” podcast. Pressman holds a doctorate in developmental psychology from Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
