Taylor Goelz is senior manager of ocean and climate at the Aspen Institute Energy and Environment Program. There, she also manages the Zero Emission Maritime Buyers Alliance, focused on decarbonization of shipping services. Previously, Goelz was a policy analyst and assistant to the chief of staff as a Knauss Marine Policy fellow at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
