Peter Orszag is vice chairman, managing directorand global co-head of health care at Lazard Freres & Co. He was previously vice chairman of corporate and investment banking at Citigroup, and, prior to that, a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations and contributing columnist at The New York TimesOrszag served in the Obama administration as Office of Management and Budget director and Congressional Budget Office directorand during the Clinton administration as economic policy assistant to the president and senior economist and senior advisor on the Council of Economic Advisers. He also founded and sold an economics consulting firm and had several roles at the Brookings Institution.
