Peggy Johnson is executive vice president of business development for Microsoft, responsible for driving strategic partnerships and transactions. She previously spent 24 years at Qualcomm, holding various leadership positions, most recently executive vice president of Qualcomm Technologies and president of global market development. Before that, Johnson was an engineer for General Electric’s Military Electronics Division. She serves on the boards of BlackRock, Live Nation Entertainment, and PATH and is a trustee of the Paley Center for Media. Johnson’s honors include Business Insider’s Most Powerful Female Engineer in 2017, one of Silicon Republic’s 40 Powerful Women Leading Tech Around the World, and the 2013 Hall of Fame Award from Women in Technology International.
