Michele Burger is a partner at LSN Partners, focused on strategic planning, policy development and nonprofit management. She is also the creator of Miami Beach Aspen Ideas Climate in collaboration with the Aspen Institute. Prior to this, Burger was chief of staff at the city of Miami Beach, involved with land use, infrastructure development, the arts, resiliency and public health, and response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, she was an aide in the Florida Legislature. She has been named the Harold Grinspoon Foundation national volunteer board member of the year, to the city of Miami Beach Women Worth Knowing list and a Gift of Life honoree.
