Luis Paul is a co-founder and managing director at OBE Power, an EV charging network that has a presence in 25 states. An entrepreneur, CEO and board member with extensive knowledge in the renewable and infrastructure sectors, he previously founded OTEPI Renewables, a distributed energy developer primarily focused on solar energy, microgrids and energy storage. During his tenure, he led the company’s expansion in Latin America by executing a portfolio of solar assets that received award recognition for its pioneering approach. Earlier, Paul was CEO of the OTEPI Group, an energy developer and project management company with projects in Europe, Latin America and the USA. He remains chairman of the company.
