Lisa Jurras-Buchanan

Lisa Jurras-Buchanan is director of content operations at Grist. In this role, she builds systems and processes for projects that integrate multiple teams, connects new projects to strategic objectives and expands Grist’s event offerings. Jurras-Buchanan began working with Grist on the Fix team, where she focused on cultivating a community of “Fixers” — those with promising solutions to the climate crisis — through convening and events. She has a background in fundraising, project management and food justice.
