Harold Pettigrew is president and CEO of Opportunity Finance Network. A financial intermediary and community development financial institution with over 400 members, it provides services to low-income rural, urban, and Native American communities nationwide. Prior to this, Pettigrew was CEO of the Washington Area Community Investment Fund. Previously, he was director of entrepreneurship at Prosperity Now, and before that, director of the D.C. Department of Small and Local Business Development. Pettigrew serves on the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Community Development Advisory Council and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond’s Community Investment Council. He is a fellow of the Aspen Institute’s Finance Leader Fellowship and Aspen Global Leadership Network.
