Adam Grant is a professor of management and psychology at The Wharton School, where he has been the top-rated professor for five straight years. As an organizational psychologist, his expertise is in how people can find motivation and meaning and live more generous and creative lives. Grant writes on work and psychology for The New York Times and is the author of three books: the best-sellers Originals and Give and Take, and Option B, co-authored with Sheryl Sandberg, on facing adversity and building resilience. He has been recognized as one of the world’s 25 most influential management thinkers and one of Fortune’s 40 Under 40.
