Historically, the climate movement has left out the communities most affected by the impacts of a warming world — those without resources for rooftop solar and electric cars, or facing financial devastation as local coal, oil, and natural gas facilities close. This session will feature leaders who empower communities from Appalachia to the Navajo Nation to tap into the opportunities that a clean-energy fueled economy has to offer.
