Tom Wilson is chair, president, and CEO of The Allstate Corporation. As CEO since 2007 and chair since 2008, he prioritizes investments in innovation, improving efficiency, restructuring for the long term, and investing in people. He led Allstate through the global financial crisis and adapted to increased severe weather due to climate change. Past chair of the US Chamber of Commerce, Wilson currently chairs its foundation. His service has also included The State Street Corporation, The Federal Reserve Board of Chicago, Rush Medical Center, the Financial Services Roundtable, P33, and Get In Chicago.
