Steve Clemons

Steve Clemons is Washington editor-at-large for The Atlantic and the new digital financial publication Quartz. He writes frequently about politics, economics, and foreign affairs and is publisher of the popular political blog The Washington Note. Clemons serves as senior fellow and founder of the American Strategy Program at the New America Foundation. He has served as executive vice president of the Economic Strategy Institute, senior policy advisor to Senator Jeff Bingaman (D-NM), and was the first executive director of the Nixon Center.
