Explore.org
Explore.org, created by Charlie Annenberg Weingarten, is the world’s leading philanthropic live nature-cam network, with more than 200 cameras on five continents across the globe. Through partnerships with animal sanctuaries, research groups, and wildlife parks, explore.org provides a look into the lives of animals on the ground, in the air, and underwater. For Festivalgoers, explore.org is hosting The Zen Den, where you can immerse yourself in the fascinating world of animals and nature from around the globe. Watch salmon leaping up waterfalls while brown bears compete with each other for the best fishing spots. Get up close and personal with sharks off the coast of Cape Fear, North Carolina. Or look through a secret window into the South African Tau Waterhole sanctuary, as elephants bathe, lions roar, wild dogs roam, and crocodiles prey. All on explore.org’s live nature cams at The Zen Den. And join us for teatime every day at 3:45 PM with special guest speakers. The Zen Den is a place to learn and unwind by connecting with nature and animals from around the globe.
