
Zia Khan is vice president for initiatives and strategy at the Rockefeller Foundation, overseeing its approach for achieving impact and realizing the organization’s mission and goals. He leads the program teams in New York, Bangkok, and Nairobi and their work in searching for new opportunities, developing strategies, and executing initiatives. Prior to joining the Rockefeller Foundation in 2009, Khan was a management consultant who advised senior leaders on strategy and organizational performance. He was a partner at Booz and Company and a principal at Katzenbach Partners. Khan is the co-author of Leading Outside the Lines: How to Mobilize the Informal Organization.
