Tom Kelley is a partner at IDEO and the best-selling author of Creative Confidence, The Art of Innovation, and The Ten Faces of Innovation. He has addressed business audiences in more than 30 countries on how to foster a culture of innovation and tap into the creative potential of their organizations. Kelley helped IDEO grow from 15 designers to more than 600 staff, while leading diverse areas such as business development, marketing, human resources, and operations. Kelley is an Executive Fellow at Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and holds a similar role at the University of Tokyo.
